How can I pay for my kit?
You can pay on our online shop by credit card or UK debit card. Payment is made by secure transfer of your details via Google Checkout.
How will my brooch kit be sent to me?
Your kit will be packaged in its own special envelope and sent via
Royal Mail. Delivery times are as follows:
For UK customers: within 2-3 working days
The rest of Europe: within 3-5 working days
International customers: within 5-7 working days
Can I return my kit if I change my mind?
Yes of course. If for whatever reason you would like to return your kit, provided it is within 30 days of purchase, you can send it back to us at the following address and we will give you a full refund.
Can I receive a refund if my kit is damaged/ faulty?
If the kit is somehow damaged in transit or faulty when you receive it,
simply send the kit back to us at:

You will then be provided with either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your wishes.
